- Job Summary:
- We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Senior Software Developer with solid experience in Python, React.js, and Open Source Technologies to join our ERP product development team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building, scaling, and enhancing our enterprise-grade ERP system with deep integration of AI-powered features.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ERP modules using Python and React.js
- Collaborate with product managers and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries
- Integrate third-party APIs, open-source tools, and cloud services
- Optimise code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Implement and manage open-source RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Apply AI/ML models for automation, recommendations, or predictions within the ERP modules
- Participate in peer code reviews and follow industry best practices
- Document development processes, technical specs, and solutions
- Must Have Skills:
- Experience with Low Code / No Code platforms
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes
- ERP domain knowledge (Manufacturing, Construction, Finance, Inventory, etc.)
- CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Tools & Technologies:
- Back-end: Python, FastAPI, Flask, Django
- Front-end: React.js, Redux, TailwindCSS/Bootstrap

- Job Summary:
- As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with international clients, and driving sales growth for our ERP product. You will work closely with our product team, marketing team, and sales leadership to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media
- Build relationships with international clients and understand their business needs
- Present our ERP product to potential clients and demonstrate its value proposition
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Requirements:
- Fluent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively communicate with international clients
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft well-structured emails and proposals
- Up to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Basic knowledge of ERP, CRM, or SaaS products is an added advantage
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in contracting, manufacturing, or distribution industries
- Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM software
- Experience working with international clients
